- Interpret Board/Owners/management requirements, develop strategic and operational business plans, implement strategies to achieve the objectives and report on outcomes.
- Research and develop applications for Government funding submission including bed licences and community aged care packages.
- Plan & manage building programs, expansions, acquisitions and amalgamations including communication to all stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor the implementation plan for new business strategies.
- Undertake feasibility studies.
